About the name
“Sites by Velzy” reflects a family connection to California surf history. Dale Velzy, a distant relative of mine, was a pioneering surfboard shaper who worked under the name “Surf Boards by Velzy.” My medium is different, but I admire the same emphasis on craftsmanship, clarity, and building things that serve people well.
